Coffee Collective, (who make the best coffee in Copenhagen if you ask me), invited me to work on an update of their book, The Fundamentals of Excellent Coffee.
I helped them create a series of illustrations, detailing the coffee making process:

From historical roots, through growing and producing coffee, to brewing the perfect cup.
